The title names stainless steel, while the options identify Carbon Steel and a234wpb. Confirm the actual supplied material and component drawing before selecting the fitting for a process line.

Confirm the branch angle and ordered geometry

The original image supports a tee form but does not establish the titled lateral angle. Request an approved drawing showing the actual branch-axis angle, run and branch sizes, bore, wall and center-to-end dimensions. Do not assign a measured angle or branch arrangement from appearance alone.

Resolve how that drawing maps to the selectable type labeled Reducer. The Equal field does not supply a branch angle, and Hexagon or Customized Size entries do not replace dimensions. Agree welding end preparation, mating-pipe requirements and tolerances with explicit units for the selected assembly.

Verify alloy and wastewater surface requirements

Obtain supplied grade, condition, traceability and material inspection records to resolve the stainless and carbon steel labels. Identify the applicable JIS B2311 edition and component scope, then request conformity and manufacturing documentation supporting the actual supply. Define the Painting coverage, coating acceptance and inspection requirements for the selected fitting. Confirm how the surface package relates to the actual process exposure. Neither dark appearance nor a painting entry demonstrates corrosion resistance, chemical compatibility or a protective performance level for every wastewater environment.

Describe the wastewater operating conditions

State composition, treatment chemicals, solids, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class do not provide numerical allowable limits. Evaluate the confirmed material, branch geometry, joint and coating against the project duty, then agree dimensional and end inspections, documentation, marking, preservation and delivery.
