This 304 stainless-steel polished forged 90-degree elbow enquiry requires a selected material and connection specification. Low Pressure naming is an enquiry reference rather than a documented operating limit. Confirm supplied geometry, finish and inspection requirements before accepting the component.
Separate the actual material alternatives
Sixteen Elbow variants pair each 10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm and 50 mm label with Stainless Steel, Zinc, Iron or Carbon Steel. Specify whether the chosen size is nominal or measured. Obtain material designation, grade, condition and traceability; 304 title wording cannot certify every option.
Clarify the complete supplied specification for Zinc or Iron choices without assuming a coating or particular grade. Reference images show dark open-ended curves and a brighter curved form. Appearance cannot certify material, polish quality, angle, radius or forged manufacture.
Approve dimensions and one supplied end arrangement
Include angle, centerline radius, tangent lengths, end diameters, wall thickness and tolerances on the drawing. Interpret Equal/Round geometry. Repeated 1/8-to-6-inch entries under length, height and mounting-hole diameter need separate roles; they cannot prove a continuous range or equivalence to metric choices.
Select the actual connection before specifying preparation or mating parts. Welding, Female/Male and NPT OR BSPT references do not define a combined arrangement. For threaded supply, choose the system, designation, sealing and inspection criteria without assumed interchangeability. Define polishing scope on internal/external surfaces with measurable acceptance requirements.
Document production and application-specific duty
Request relevant forged-production and inspection records. Establish a governing material-temperature basis for Low Pressure and the repeated 150 class entry. Water/drainage, fire-protection and gas/petroleum applications need their own acceptance evidence. State medium, pressure, temperature, cycling, loads and connected pipe conditions; agree installation, joint inspection, OEM/ODM deliverables and stated three-year warranty terms.
