This petrochemical refinery listing describes a DN600 painted steel tee with a stainless material reference. Carbon Steel and a234wpb are the actual material labels, and the selectable types are marked Reducer. The original image supports a tee form; confirm the selected component and material before approval.
Check nominal size and the selected tee drawing
DN600 is a nominal title reference rather than an actual outside-diameter measurement or confirmation of one available configuration. Define run and branch sizes, outside diameters, wall requirements, center-to-end dimensions and welding end details on the approved drawing for the proposed refinery connection.
Confirm how the pictured tee relates to the selected option. The broad 1/2–110 inch range and Customized Size entries do not provide order dimensions. Agree units, tolerances and actual branch geometry beyond Metric, Equal and Hexagon wording before finalizing the large component configuration.
Resolve the material and painting package
Request grade, condition and traceability records to clarify the stainless title against the carbon and WPB labels. Identify the required material and component specifications with their editions. The image cannot verify a supplied grade, and generic material choices do not replace actual documentation.
Obtain manufacturing evidence supporting FORGED and define paint chemistry, covered surfaces, thickness and inspection criteria. Painting does not establish the actual treatment or performance. Connect material, dimensional, end and surface acceptance with the same approved drawing and purchase requirements.
Define refinery operating and handling requirements
Provide fluid composition, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class supply no numerical allowable envelope. Review the actual material and joint under the refinery requirements. Confirm inspection records, marking, availability and delivery, with preservation and handling requirements appropriate to the selected large component and documented paint package.
