This painted carbon steel welded tee listing targets municipal water supply and includes DN1500 and Equal references. The selectable type is labeled Reducer. Confirm the actual ordered component and run-to-branch drawing before accepting a nominal-size description or geometry for the municipal installation.
Resolve DN1500 and the equal-branch configuration
The original image supports tee forms but shows branches that appear smaller than the run. It does not establish a measured reduction ratio or confirm Equal supply. Request actual run and branch nominal sizes, diameters, bore, wall and center-to-end dimensions on the approved drawing.
DN1500 is a nominal reference, not an outside diameter, wall thickness or branch measurement. Resolve the selected option mapping and define welding end preparation, mating-pipe details and tolerances. Hexagon, Customized Size and Metric entries do not provide those values, so agree explicit units and inspection criteria for the selected fitting.
Confirm supplied material and municipal surface requirements
Request actual grade, condition, traceability and material inspection records. Carbon Steel and a234wpb labels are not certificates for the order. Clarify Welded connection versus component construction and obtain production evidence supporting the Forged table reference rather than deciding a manufacturing route from the family image.
Specify the Painting system, covered surfaces, water-contact and external surface acceptance, plus inspection requirements. Municipal use and dark appearance do not prove potable-water compliance or corrosion performance. Agree actual treatment documentation, handling and preservation for the large fitting together with material, branch and end records.
Set water-system operating and delivery acceptance
Provide composition, treatment chemicals, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and installation loads. High Pressure and Other class do not state numerical allowable limits. Evaluate the confirmed material, geometry, joint and surface package against the actual municipal duty, then agree inspections, documentation, marking, protection and delivery before approval.
