Turn the customization request into a dimensional drawing
Specify run and branch sizes, every end dimension, center distances, overall length and height for the intended layout. Include wall thickness or schedule and required welding end preparation. Large Diameter gives no exact size, and Customizable does not demonstrate unrestricted manufacturing capability.
The variant entry spans half-inch to 110 inches and the table uses metric measurement. Agree the actual dimensions and unit basis for the chosen size. Resolve the Equal field and Reducer-labelled selection against the drawing; photographed proportions do not establish measured end equality or the exact offered configuration.
Identify the governing standards and manufacturing evidence
The title names ASME and ASTM without document numbers. Request the exact governing documents, editions and selected scope rather than importing a standard from a similar fitting. Carbon Steel and a234wpb are the two material labels; confirm the required material designation and full condition with traceable records.
Obtain manufacturing and inspection evidence for the forged and welded descriptions appropriate to the selected supply. Define the painted finish, preparation and acceptance criteria. Customized mounting-hole and thread fields should only become requirements where the actual drawing establishes those interfaces; the labels alone do not provide them.
Assess the pipeline duty for the confirmed design
Provide oil or gas composition, pressure, temperature, cycling and mechanical loads for material, joint and rating assessment. High Pressure supplies no numerical operating limit. Agree project tests and acceptance records for the confirmed custom dimensions, manufacturing condition and finish before treating the fitting as suitable for that pipeline duty.
