This instrument piping listing describes a forged steel tee with socket weld and ASME B16.11 references. Its original image supports a tee form, while the selectable types are labeled Reducer. Confirm the exact supplied component and drawing before using the title or option label as the order specification.
Define the run, branch and actual ends
Specify both run and branch sizes, center-to-end dimensions, outside diameter and wall requirements. Equal in the table does not establish the selected branch dimensions. The visible tee form cannot supply measurements or verify a particular socket construction, so obtain the actual dimensional drawing.
Clarify the socket weld reference with the required socket and pipe-fit details, welding requirements and inspections. The broad 1/2–110 inch option does not demonstrate availability or standard coverage for every instrument fitting. Confirm the applicable ASME B16.11 edition, scope and actual size or class combination.
Identify the supplied steel and production package
The title names carbon and stainless steel, but the available material labels are Carbon Steel and a234wpb. Request the actual grade, condition and traceability for the proposed component. A material label is not a certificate, and the title does not establish an available stainless configuration.
Agree the manufacturing and inspection records supporting the Forged reference. Quantify the instrument piping service
