Specify the intended material and governing requirements before treating the title as a complete supply specification.
Allocate the grade and standard to the offered pipe
Request the chosen grade, applicable standard edition, supply condition and product specification level where relevant. Obtain chemistry, mechanical properties, weld inspection and traceability records for that selection. A list of grade names does not establish that each is available in every dimensional combination.
Clarify the separate API 5L and A106 references against the actual ERW route. Their joint appearance does not demonstrate equivalence or dual certification. The table also records cold-rolled processing, so the supplier should explain the production sequence and relevant acceptance requirements without assuming seamless manufacture.
Confirm dimensions and the required delivery length
The heading mentions 6 m, while order options include both 6 m and 12 m lengths. Each uses a broad 6–20 mm thickness entry; the table lists 219–1066 mm outside diameter. Select the exact diameter, wall, length and grade combination and confirm actual availability.
Define the tolerance basis for the stated ±1%, together with straightness, ovality, end preparation and any bore requirements. The ranges provide enquiry context rather than proof of every offered combination. API and ISO 9001 certificate labels need documents showing their actual scope.
Assess transmission conditions and supply acceptance
Provide oil or gas composition, contaminants, design and operating pressure, temperature, cycles and external loads. Agree service-specific tests and inspection acceptance; the application wording supplies no numerical capacity or sour-service approval. Confirm non-oiled preservation, storage arrangements, actual-weight invoicing and the listed 8–14-day delivery timing for the selected order.
