This painted steel tee listing includes socket weld, B16.5 and Class 1500 references in the title. Its original image supports a tee form, while the selectable options are labeled Reducer. Confirm the exact proposed component and the applicability of those standard and class references before ordering.
Verify the proposed component and class basis
Ask the supplier to demonstrate which component specification and edition apply to the actual tee. The B16.5 and Class 1500 wording should be checked against its drawing and required conformity records. It does not establish a verified tee design or numerical operating rating by itself.
Identify the selected order option and its relationship to the pictured tee. The 1/2–110 inch range is broad listing information rather than proof that every size or class combination is available. Confirm the actual configuration before using that range in the purchase specification.
Define branch dimensions and socket requirements
Provide run and branch sizes, outside diameters, wall requirements and center-to-end dimensions. Equal in the table does not supply those measurements. Confirm the actual socket construction, pipe fit and applicable welding inspections; the image cannot verify socket geometry or the acceptance of a particular connection.

Approve actual piping duty and records
Describe the medium, contaminants, pressure, temperature, cycles, transients and loads. High Pressure and Other class provide no numerical allowable envelope. Confirm material, dimensional, end and paint inspections, documentation, marking, preservation and delivery for the approved tee. Agree OEM requests and warranty terms separately from technical service acceptance.
